With our footprint now stretching across four continents, our charitable efforts are reaching new heights. We’re here to empower communities, elevate social dynamics, and tackle educational gaps, proving that mining and giving back go hand in hand.

Gillette College

At Mader, we’re all about rolling up our sleeves and diving into corporate volunteer initiatives that not only fuel a sense of purpose but also bring our team closer together and make a real impact in the community. This year, we had the fantastic opportunity to team up with Gillette College for their annual skills competition in Wyoming.

We watched students tackle everything from diagnosing issues and mastering hydraulics to precision measuring and breaking down and rebuilding components. It was a blast seeing the next generation of mechanics show off their skills, and we loved being part of the action!
Local Laptop Donations

The digital divide has been exuberated by the global pandemic and could have long-term adverse effects for those students who don’t have access to laptops. In an initiative led by Nevada Gold Mines, Mader teamed up with 25 other local businesses and raised $170,000 for Chromebooks as K-12 students transition back into hybrid learning due to COVID-19
Winnemucca Rodeo

Mader takes pride in being a big company with a small business feel. We maintain a strong presence in the communities where we work, supporting our longstanding customers and employees through sponsoring local sports clubs, initiatives and community events. More recently we sponsored the Winnemucca Rodeo – a fantastic event which not only gave people a peek into the wild west, but also provided education about the importance of America’s western heritage. For some, this was the first introduction to an integral part of American history – ensuring that through education of the past, we can positively influence the future.
Ronald McDonald House Charities

At Mader, we believe in the power of giving back and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. That’s why we’re proud to participate in Ronald McDonald House charity home dinner events, where we roll up our sleeves and serve up more than just a meal. It’s not just about providing a delicious dinner; it’s about offering support and comfort to families during challenging times.

We cherish these moments to connect with the community, share a bit of cheer, and make sure that, even for a night, families can enjoy a home-cooked meal and a sense of togetherness. It’s all part of our commitment to making a meaningful impact and supporting those in need.
Combo Bobcats Ice Hockey Team

At Mader Group, our commitment to community extends to empowering the youth in the regions we serve. By sponsoring the 16U Combo Bobcats, we’re directly investing in the future of these young athletes, providing them with opportunities to grow both on and off the ice. We believe that by investing in local sports teams and community initiatives, we help build stronger, more vibrant communities.

Mader have proudly partnered with the Elko Gold Rush Rodeo Challenge for the fourth year in a row. With an established presence in the Elko area, we are excited to take part in this event and further immerse ourselves in the community.
Jaxton Heart Warriors Golf Day

Our team recently took part in the Jaxton Heart Warriors Golf Day 2024 tournament, helping to raise vital funds and support so many brave little Heart Warriors as they fight for their lives.

Jaxtons Heart Warriors was created to help support baby Jaxton Hansen battle a life-threatening heart defect.
