At Mader we know there’s nothing better than throwing on a good pair of boots and watching one of the most exciting events around – the rodeo. That’s why we are proud to be named one of the sponsors for this year’s Winnemucca ranch hand Rodeo!
Winnemucca ranch hand Rodeo is the largest and most exciting rodeo in Nevada. This year there will be 30 teams competing for bragging rights and prizes, but it’s more than just winning or losing, it’s about bringing a community together and creating the best arena experience for all the family. John Greville, Chief Operating Officer, commented “Here at Mader we are proud to support local businesses and communities with strong family values that align with our company goals. We source skilled locals and get involved in the community wherever possible. We strive to keep a family-orientated culture by offering flexible rosters and regular opportunities for advancement.”
Mader's ability to forge strong relationships with clients, staff and communities alike have given them a robust edge that is unprecedented in the industry. With employees working across 16 states, we take pride in being a big company with a small business feel. No job is too big or too small, whatever the task we get it done safely and efficiently.
Mader Group believe that engaging in the community is more than a one-and-done initiative. We believe it's about giving employees a sense of purpose and a reason to represent the Mader name with pride. Through our community engagement initiatives, we aim to foster a fulfilled, engaged and productive workforce, whilst also strengthening ties and making a difference in the community.
“Building relationships with clients, employees and communities is the most significant part of our company ethos. We know rodeos have the ability to bring a community together, and we can’t wait to build strong relationships with our local clients and employees.” Alex Matters, Operations Manager commented.
From classic bull back riding and saddle bronc riding, to tie-down roping, the Winnemucca Rodeo has got it all. It’s tough to appreciate the sheer magnitude and power of a bucking bull until you see it in person! So pull your hat down tight, buckle your boot straps and get ready to take a ride on the 5th May– see y’all there!
