From a single truck in the Australian outback to a global team supporting critical industries around the world, Mader Group is proud to celebrate 20 years of keeping heavy equipment moving and operations on track.

What began in 2005 with our founder, Luke Mader, and a vision to deliver better support to remote worksites has grown into a worldwide operation with more than 3,500 skilled professionals. Today, we provide field-ready maintenance teams across 16 countries and four continents — including a strong and growing presence right here in the U.S.

Built on hard work, trust, and a boots-on-the-ground mentality, Mader has always been about more than just fixing machines. We’ve created a culture rooted in reliability, problem-solving, and genuine respect for the demands of site life — whether you’re flying in, driving out, or grinding through a tough shift.

Through the ups and downs of global industry cycles, our people have been the steady force behind our success. Their commitment, know-how, and drive have shaped Mader into the company it is today — and the one we’ll continue building tomorrow.

This 20-year milestone isn’t just a celebration of time — it’s a thank you to every mechanic, electrician, welder, scheduler, and support team member who’s been part of the journey.

As we look ahead to the next chapter, our focus remains the same: supporting the workforce that keeps the world running — and doing it with integrity, expertise, and heart.
