Elko’s mining operations never sleep, and neither does the equipment that keep them moving. That’s where we come in. Mader provides heavy equipment maintenance in Elko, NV, helping sites stay productive with reliable service that keeps machinery moving and downtime to a minimum. And while the job brings us out here, the connection we’ve built goes beyond the pit. We’re just as focused on supporting the Elko community that’s welcomed us in.
Donating to FISH Elko: A Small Way to Give Back
Not long ago, a few members of our crew organized a donation to FISH Elko, pulling together non-perishables and daily essentials to help restock the shelves of the local food bank. While it might be a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, it’s one way we try to show respect for the communities that support the work we do here.
We’re out here supporting local mine sites day in and day out, and it felt right to support the broader community too,” says Mick Kenyon, Mader’s Operations Supervisor for the West, based out of the Nevada office.“It’s the kind of thing that reflects who we are as a team — head down, get the job done, and help where we can.”
Keeping Machines. Moving, Safely and Efficiently
While supporting the Elko community is important to us, our bread and butter is top tier heavy equipment maintenance across Elko, NVs mine sites. From underground to surface, we support some of the region’s most demanding operations with:
- Field maintenance on major mining equipment — from loaders to drills and haul trucks
- Breakdown and shutdown coverage, with crews who know how to work fast and safe
- Component rebuilds and diagnostics, backed by deep experience across all OEM brands
Elko’s mines run hard, and we’re proud to be part of the machine that keeps it all turning.
More Than a Job Site
Elko isn’t just another stop on the map. It’s where we spend a good chunk of our time, and we want to be good guests, supporting the region however we can. Whether it’s turning wrenches on site or lending a hand to local services, our presence in Elko is more than just maintenance.
